General Admission (Free)
Stay in the loop and be first in line. Sign up to our newsletter and you’ll automatically become a General Admission member. It’s completely free and gives you:

Super Fan (£50 per year)
Take things up a level. Super Fans get even closer to the action with a whole year of exclusive perks.

- 10% discount on food and drinks across all Culture Quarter sites (The Engine Room, The Fire Station, The Dun Cow)
- Invitations to at least three fan experiences each year — think soundchecks, meet and greets, and more

VIP (£120 per year)
For the ultimate Fire Station experience. VIPs get everything in the Super Fan package, plus:

Do I get priority booking for every show?
Priority booking is available for select shows, depending on promoter approval. We’ll always let you know which events include this benefit.
Are the parties and free tickets guaranteed?
These benefits are first-come, first-served and may be limited – we’ll always keep you posted in advance.
Can someone else use my membership benefits?
Memberships are for personal use only. Benefits can’t be transferred or shared. You may be asked for ID when redeeming certain perks.
Where can I use my food and drink discount?
Discounts are available at The Fire Station, The Engine Room, and The Dun Cow. The discount applies to the member and their party when the member is present and showing proof of membership.
Are all meet and greets included in membership?
No. Only meet and greets organised directly by Culture Quarter as part of our membership scheme are included. Any other ticketed meet and greet experiences advertised on our website require a separate ticket at the usual price.
Joining
How do I sign up?
You can join online or through our Ticket Office on 0191 570 0007.
How long does membership last?
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date you join.
How do I cancel my membership?
Just contact us at info@thefirestation.org.uk or call the Ticket Office. You’ll still receive your benefits until your 12 months are up.
Can I change membership tiers later?
Yes – upgrades are available via our Ticket Office. You’ll simply pay the difference between your current and new tier.
Using Your Membership
Do I get a membership card?
Members will be encouraged to use their digital pass by adding it to their Apple or Google wallet and showing it on their phone. You’ll also be sent an e-ticket which can be used in place of the digital pass. If you prefer, you can request a printed ticket. Staff can also check your membership using the tag on your account in Spektrix.
What if I forget my pass?
Don’t worry – staff can check your membership status in Spektrix using your name or account details.
How do I use my discounts and perks?
Full instructions will be included in your welcome email. Most perks are automatically applied when you book tickets or visit us – just make sure you’re logged in or show your membership email.
