Express Ordering and Add To Wallet FAQs

Ahead of the launch of our new Express Ordering and Add To Wallet services, we've produced a comprehensive guide for ticket holders on how to take advantage of these benefits. Please see our FAQs below. 

What is The Fire Station Express Ordering? 

Express Ordering is your fastest way to get drinks and snacks at The Fire Station. It's available for all digital ticket holders. Simply click the ticket link in the text message we have sent you, head over to the Order tab, and place your order. 

When can I use the Fire Station Express Ordering? 

 You can pre-order drinks and snacks for arrival or during the interval. Arrival drinks and snacks can be processed up until two hours before showtime. Interval drinks and snacks can be ordered up until showtime. 

Where do I collect the drinks and snacks I ordered on my mobile? 

Drinks and snacks can be collected from our collection point situated at the left-hand side of our Foyer Bar. Look out for this sign: 

How do I add my tickets to Apple or Google Wallet?

Simply click the link in the SMS we sent you, scroll down to your ticket, and hit the Add To Wallet button. It will look something like this:

Alternatively, scan the QR code or follow the link in your email and follow the instructions above. 

How do I share tickets with friends?

Click the link in the SMS we sent you, scroll down to the ticket you wish to share, and click 'share'.

What if I don't have a smart phone? 

Don't worry, just head over to our ticket office and we'll print you a ticket on the day of the performance. 

No-one in my group has a smart phone. What options do I have?

We'll print tickets for your group at our ticket office.

Can I still get a physical ticket? 

You can. Just select the 'collect my tickets at the box office' method at checkout or visit our ticket office during opening hours.

Can I use the e-tickets I was sent when I purchased a ticket instead?

Yes. Our legacy e-tickets will still be valid for your performance.

How do I access exclusive offers, presales and more?

If you've purchased a ticket with us you'll automatically receive these. If you've not purchased a ticket before, you can sign up to our mailing list.

I've lost the SMS and email confirmation, what do I do? 

Head over to our ticket office before the show and notify a member of staff. Please arrive early to avoid queues and ensure your issue is rectified before showtime.
